Detail-oriented and dedicated, Melanie has a passion for helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Born and raised in the North Hills, Melanie now lives in Mt. Lebanon, offering a rare insight into both the North and South Hills markets that few Realtors can match.

Kerri Ann has been assisting both buyers and sellers in reaching their real estate goals for almost a decade. In that time, she has successfully ushered both buyers and sellers through all aspects of the home buying and selling process. Her talent and skill are evidenced by the many satisfied clients who have returned to use her services again for their next real estate transaction and who have happily referred their family and friends to her to take care of their real estate needs. Kerri Ann is also very active in the community and is able to convey all that the area has to offer. She has a strong interest in staging homes for listing, a great asset to sellers. She has a keen eye for decorating and Buyers appreciate her ability to quickly understand what it is they are looking for in a home which allows her to respect their time by showing them properties that best meet their criteria.

Teresa offers a rare command of the plethora of tech tools utilized in the real estate industry today. With an advertising degree, a family background in home building/development, and 25+ years of real estate experience, she ensures that all Betsy Wotherspoon & Team properties receive maximum exposure. Photographing properties, designing brochures & flyers, exposing properties via social media, and customizing property information on the many real estate websites are just a few of the things that she does as the team Marketing Coordinator. Teresa also enjoys assisting friends and family in the buying and selling process.
